Personalise your Palettes with Crowd Colour

Hello, it's been a while since a blog post from me popped up on your Blog Lovin Feed or Twitter timeline. You may have noticed that I've been absent from blogging for a whole week (or you might not have noticed at all, in which case I've been beating myself up for no reason). Last week, all of a sudden, I was struck down with pretty much the worst flu known to man. I really didn't think it was possible for a bug to make you feel that ill. However, after a long week of high temperatures and throwing up every single sip of water (so glam), I'm finally feeling well enough to pick up my laptop again. Hope you haven't missed me too much!

For the past week I've been staring longingly at my make up collection but just haven't felt up to using any of it and, although my skin is thanking me for it, I've really missed not wearing make up. However, today, after what feels like an age, my face was finally contoured, my eyelids were golden and my cheeks were highlighted. I was also super excited as it was my first chance to use the newest addition to my collection that's got me feeling all the feels. Recently, I've been looking in to getting myself a customisable palette for holding eyeshadow pans (especially since Beauty Bay are selling MakeUp Geek now, give me all the colours please and thanks) so when I saw that Crowd Colour * make personalised palettes I knew I had to get my hands on one.

The whole process of making my palette was super easy. The palettes come in small, medium or large which hold 9, 15 or 28 26mm pans. I decided to go for medium as I'm still in the process of building up my pan collection. Once I decided on a size, I sent the lovely guys at Crowd Colour the picture I wanted printed on my palette. It made perfect sense for me to use my blog header as I'm still so in love with the design and I thought the palette would make a great blog photo prop (because I'm always on the look out for more of those). The print came out perfectly and I'm literally so obsessed with how pretty it looks.
The palette itself is such good quality, with a matte, wipeable finish and strong magnetic base to keep your pans in place. It also contains a really good interior mirror which I much prefer using instead of my dressing table mirror when I'm applying eyeshadow.

I'm literally in love with the idea of being able to create your own personalised makeup and I seriously don't know how no one has thought of it sooner? Crowd Colour, you geniuses. Not only am I loving having this palette for myself but I think they would make the cutest gifts and I'm already planning on buying some for friends with cute collages of our pictures printed on them. However, much to my excitement, the team at Crowd Colour aren't stopping there and have also recently developed their line of personalised lipsticks and matte lip colours which I'm also dying to try out.

In January, the team at Crowd Colour started their own Kickstarter page with the hopes of getting enough interested backers to pledge to support the project. Amazingly, they've smashed their £5000 target and have racked up over 300 supporters who are all desperate to get their hands on their own personalised products. With the Kickstarter running until Friday the 5th of February, you've still got time to pledge to support Crowd Colour and make use of some of the amazing deals they have going on at the moment (eg £12 for a medium palette and £15 for three matte lip colours?! Um I'll take 3 of each thanks.) However, if you're reading this after Friday the 5th, fear not as the Crowd Colour website will be up and running soon for you to order personalised products at RRP until your heart's content (I'll post a link to it on my social media when it goes live).
I'm so excited by this line of products and simply had to share them with you guys. I've got such high expectations for this brand and I can't wait to see what's next from Crowd Colour (I did hear a rumour about personalised make up brushes but you totally didn't hear it from me). What would you like to print on your own personalised palettes and make up? Thanks for reading!

*This is a sponsored post but all views and opinions on super cute personalised palettes are my own.
